WELCOME
The IRON GRIP JUDO CLUB is located in the village of Temiscaming, Quebec, Canada. Our main goal is to help people reach their potential both physically and mentally through JUDO.

We are known for our family atmosphere and for supporting our Judoka's in their pursuit to become stronger and more confident. We foster friendships, while instilling respect, focus, discipline,, fitness and of course fun!
